Hi everyone

For the past week or so I've noticed that images sometimes appear pixelated and strange. This can happen randomly on most web pages. Below image is just from a random tweet from Twitter, however have seen it on so many websites.

Clicking the image and it's fine, as is refreshing any webpage. Just appears pixelated in the beginning.
