Colleague has a weird problem.

When viewing emails using Edge browser to access outlook.com and trying to print using the usual path of click the three dots/select print/click print button , nothing happens .... the 'hand' cursor just stays on screen.

However, using CtrlP does work!

Printer works fine for every other app and situation.

Any ideas please?
