Tom's Hardware: File Explorer used to be very snappy, especially on older operating systems, but for some reason, it has become increasingly 'clunky' in recent iterations of Windows like 10 and 11.

No need to be so specific. It's accurate for any two sequential versions of Windows. Trying this tomorrow ; ).
