I recently downloaded the FB messenger app for windows.

The file downloaded okay (I think) but when i tried to install it, it just hangs on the getting started screen and nothing happens.

I then gave up on it and deleted the .exe file.

Now every time I start my lap top up the app trys to load and hangs on the getting started screen.

Nothing else happens after that.

How can i stop it please ?
