Hello. Ages ago, i had a computer program that ran a series of tests, and could figure out if your PC was a roller-skate or a speed-boat as far as performance goes.

Does anyone know the name of this - I'm on WIN 11

EDITED: I'm on Win 11 not win 10

No - Thats to test INTERNET speed - not the speed / processing of your PC

Do you need a speedboat?

Those tests don't mean anything unless there is a task you want to do and want to do it faster than you already are.

Seems good.. I ran a test, & seems good. though now Ive closed everything down & want to re-test, However it gives me a "shooting game" or forces me to pay to re-test (go pro)...

i dont want to test *ME* (shooting game), I want to test the PC

but unless you have something to compare the results to none of the tests are very useful

It's extremely biased towards Intel and shouldn't be used if you want any sort of usable result.

It depends what the purpose is. If you want to compare CPU/board performance between Intel and AMD then that is definitely a problem.

I like the services that provide benchmarks for the entire hardware config and compare those against the same or similar config and different brands with similar config. That's the interesting part for me. This service claims to be one of those.
