Windows update just pushed this out today for WHS, smooth install, only one reboot required.

it was quite noticeable for me - i deployed a new 2003 R2 SP2 x64 server today and the list of updates had shrunk to 50 or so with IE8 there - there were a lot more when IE7 was on the list :-)
