As above, if i install the RC and dont like it, is Vista still there or do I have to re-install it?
Thanks........

hmm if you're asking this question - best to stay away from doing any damage to all your data!

if you still really want to go ahead, first backup all your data in vista. then either buy a new hard drive or partition it to install into the new hard drive or partition. with this option you still retain your vista OS. this is called dual-boot ing.

i am not sure if you can upgrade over your vista but if it can and you do that, there is no more vista.

You can upgrade from Vista to Win7 RC, but as Joker97 says you will not be able to go back.
