The beta can be found here:

You need to download both Virtual PC beta and the XP Mode beta.

So I've installed it, and tried to install a program, but it hasn't 'published' it to my local desktop, or got it running much like Citrix. I'm thinking maybe cause its beta, or has someone else had some more sucess?
