Just a FYI for those who don't know, Windows 7 contains (by design) a security flaw that allows a program running under an administrative account but with the default UAC setting to perform modifications to the rest of the computer without the normal UAC popup dialog box that we are all used to in Vista.  In other words, UAC is useless.

Programs can do this by piggy backing built-in programs that do not require UAC to operate (generally programs that are included with Windows).  This security lapse can by contained however by going to the Control Panel and changing the UAC settings slider to the Maximum security setting, or by having two user accounts, one which is permanently set to limited administrative rights (something I did in XP and glad to get away from in Vista).
