I am running Windows Vista Business on a Dell Vostro 200.  Recently, it appears to require a reformatting.  I have in my possession the Install disc, but I have a question before I proceed.  The disc is apparently an "Update" version of the install disc...

On the packaging for the Windows Vista Business disc is a small box with the heading "Upgrade".  The body of the box reads, "For users running Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP, or Windows Vista only.  Backup and clean install may be required.  See back of box for details.*"

Is it possible to reformat using this Install disc?  Or do I need one that is not an "Upgrade" version?
