I am using IE8 and i can't view photos on TM in a popup any more. They seem to only open as a new page. (This is how it always used to work before TM changed it.) It just stopped working one day. This means that when you browse throught the photos, you have to back up through all the phots to get to your searches.
It works OK with Firefox, but I don't really like that program.
It also works OK on other PCs with IE8.
Can anyone help?

It's working for me on IE8, so I'd say is something specific to your configuration. You said "It just stopped working one day".

What did you change that day? Ad blockers? Popup blockers? Have you changed the way IE8 handles popup (in Options you can change it to  let IE8 decide what to do:

Have your tried restoring Advanced Settings?
If that doean't fix it, try resetting Internet Explorer Defaults (Both under the Advanced Tab in Internet Explorer Options).
Try Installing all Java Updates - I'm pretty sure the TM site uses Java for those picture popups.

Java? I think it's Javascript - completely different beast.

I have just checked all these settings and mine are already OK.
While trying to open the photos, the screen flashes the black background like it is going to open the photos in the popup but then opens in the window.
