So whenever I enter a search term into the search bar and hit enter, it just goes to a blank google page.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Have you changed the search providers lately? Have you tested it with Bing? Any add-ons, toolbars?

Just had a new desktop provided by work, just a bog standard browser install.

Just tested with Bong and it works fine

Just an odd thought, my school has a proxy installed which forces Google to enable safe search. If safe search is not enabled it goes to a blank Google window each time you try to search?? Being a work computer maybe something similar is enforced??
