If the Windows is O&M then you should either have a CD, or the i386 folder will be on your computer. When asked for the file simply point to that folder.

An alternative is to contact Microsoft and ask for a CD, which will not be free.

All pc sold with OEM Windows OS will have an option to make the System Restore CD (if not included) or a hidden partition which contain i386 folder, or an actual CD.

Sounds quite suspicious when it is an OEM without CD or option to make one.

If it is truly OEM and no CD and you have not got the option to make a System Restore CD, like Mauricio said, call MS and request for CD, or could even try the pc manufacturer to request the customised System Restore CD from them. Most cases it will be of minimum charges if you can provide the proof of ownership of the system.
