Hi everyone,

I just bought a samsung notebook with Windows starter edition. At first the word and excel that was pre-loaded worked fine, but now when I try to open it they start opening and dont go past the processing stage.

Ive uploaded a picture of the processing that I mean..

I just saw that after a while a window pops up saying that something is wrong with word/excel and that I need to repair it in Control Panel, would anyone be able to tell me where in control panel I can repair word/excel?

Thank you :)

Office that comes pre-loaded on Win7 machines is a 30 day trial offer. Anyway, go to control panel, then programs and features, then select Office 2010 and hit the 'modify' or 'repair' button. Should fix any issues that office 2010 might have.

Do whatever you want to do man.
