Hi,
I'm thinking of installing a clean install of windows 7 on my mates netbook with no disc drive that has currently has windows xp installed on it.
I was thinking of taking out the harddrive and plugging it into my external case then installing windows 7 on it from my main pc and then putting the harddrive back into the netbook.
Would this work and if not, what would you suggest?
Cheers

Install Windows 7 on the netbook without taking out the HDD by using a USB flash drive instead.
