Whenever I right-click on a folder and select properties, I get the error: "RegOpenKeyEx: The handle is invalid" I think it was after a so called "tweak" with Tune-Up Utilities 2006. I have tried to restore the registry changes, but with no success.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Have you tried System Restore or the restore provided by the software itselft?

Ah, and never user Registry Cleaners.

Yeah, I've tried a system restore but that didn't work.
Apart from this problem, it has been good.

Perhaps an older restore point, a couple of days before you run the program?

Other than this I've done a Google search and didn't come with anything for this exact problem, except that it sounds as the registry on this computer is damaged.

Yeah, and the people who have had the same problem didn't find any solutions :(
