Hi all. I have found the answer if you get someone ring you up and try to tell you there is a problem with your windows system and then try to get you to fix the problem over the phone. I had a phone call from them tonight and when the lady got to asking me could I see the start  button at the bottom of my screen I replied no she said you cant and I said thats right. I then proceeded to tell her I am running Ubuntu not Windows and and she said you dont run windows and I said thats right "OK bye" and she couldnt  hang up quick enough. They obviously dont have a fix for Ubuntu or any linux distribution. This is not the first time they have tried and I am surprised that they are still trying to. They have rung me about 4 or 5 times now and tonight was the first time I got a chance to tell them I am running Ubuntu. Maybe they will leave me alone now that I have told them that I run Ubuntu
