My emails no longer print the header details when I print emails?

Any idea what has changed to cause this?

From Outlook, make sure the File > Page Setup has Memo Style available. And when doing printing, in the Print Style section, make sure Memo Style is selected.

If the above is correct, then click on "Reset", making sure Memo Style is selected first. This will reset its configuration.

If all failed, repair Outlook, if not fixed, reinstall Outlook over.
