Have just installed IE7 RC1 and can't figure out how to put links bar in same row as address bar, is this no longer possible?



Have unlocked toolbars but can't move address bar, tab bar or command bar up or down. Can turn on Menu bar and put in same row as Links bar but that's all.



Anyone know how?
