I have recently reinstalled windows XP on my laptop.  Prior to the install I had a bluetooth keyboard and mouse, both Logitech, running on the lap top.  I also was able to connect my phone via bluetooth.  The laptop does not have a built in bluetooth receiver.

During the reinstall I left the bluetooth dongle connected.  After the reinstall the keyboard and mouse worked without having to re install the Logitech bluetooth drivers.  The problem now is there is no indication anwhere on the laptop that bluetooth is working yet I know it is as the mouse and keyboard work.  I'm trying to avoid reinstalling the Logitech drivers as the mouse and keyboard seem to be working much better with the current drivers.

I used to connect my phone via blue tooth and I want to pair my phone again but cannot find anyway to do this. There is no bluetooth icon in the notification area and there is no bluetooth devices shown in "Control Panel"

Where would I find the bluetooth devices?

Are you sure there isn't a Bluetooth applet in Control Panel? If not, what is in Device Manager?

Can't find anything to do with Bluetooth in Control Panel, and no bluetooth devices anywhere in Device Manager.

It's a real mystery, bluetooth peripherals are working but no sign of any bluetooth device actually being installed on the computer.
