Hey guys, I've tried to connect to my Sony Ericsson v600i via usb (I'm using Ubuntu 6.06) and I can't see that it's registered as connected anywhere!
I've tried in /mnt and /media, but with no luck...

Any ideas?

if it was a usb mass-storage compatible device that would have worked

if you can plug it in, wait 10 seconds, then type 'dmesg' into a terminal and paste that here I'll try and help.
