I'm going to download this now and run it in VirtualBox. I'm a bit reluctant to move away from Ubuntu at this stage but I do like trying new things.

Couldn't get the alpha version working in VirtualBox, it stalled at the live menu. Downloaded 1.0.4 though and played around with it a bit. The addition of the third party repos from the word go is a good idea, certainly adds to the choices. One thing I'd like (personally) to see it an option to install compiz and emerald as the default window manager via a script, like some of the other additions. I realise the OS is directed at computers with limited resources, but I just don't think I could live without wobbly windows ;).

For what it's worth, those wallpapers are outstanding as well. Good job.

Hi Tim,

Check the md5sum of the iso file, and make sure network is set to bridged on VB.

Nice, got it working now in VB. Will there likely be a 64 bit version in the future? It's probably about the only thing holding me back at the moment since I have a quad core, and I'm not big on dual booting.

edit - Actually I've just scoured the LinuxDistroCommunity forums and found the answer is not yet. I'll keep playing around with it in VB though.
