Hi guys!

I am currently installing a Laptop into my car that has been made a touchscreen with a touchscreen from touchwindow.com

I am running Gentoo Linux and Amarok for sound.

I would like to use MythTV for the frontend and want some suggestions for what I can do with it plus any cool software that will advantage me / have a geek/cool factor in some way ;)

I have a vodafone card for internet and want to know if I can use a GPS with linux in NZ???

Would love to hear your suggestions!!!!

Cheers
Chris

Hi there,

Don't know from personal use but maybe one of these will help,

Otherwise a search on the web might turn up something better.

http://sourceforge.net/projects/deltamp/

Linux + GPS in NZ = yes

You can start by looking at the navit or viking projects...
