Hi, I inherited an Icinga installation, which for the most part if working well, but I've spent far to much time trying to get notifications (emails via M365) working, so rather then spend countess more hours on this, its time to admit defeat and pay someone who knows what they are doing to get our notifications working.  If you have good experience with Icinga, please PM me.  This is a paid engagement.

Is this Microsoft 365 or Office 365 (Exchange online)? Were you trying to use connectors or smtp?

Just asking some basic questions so others can have an idea.

thanks, this is an Icinga configuration issue, as I can successfully send test emails from the Linux box via 365, so at lest I know that parts working.  Looking at the Icinga logs email notifications aren't trigged when a host or service fails.....
