I find start up is faster, trackpad gestures makes finding content easier
clicknz: Hi - I updated iTunes on our iMac about a week ago... seems more responsive, but has taken a while to get over not having coverflow and finding out how to make a genius playlist... overall I was liking it. When I decided to upgrade my MacBookPro and carry on syncing duties with my iPhone I found it to be a fairly big improvement in the way it handles app updates - I have hundreds of apps and like to selectively apply updates to my app list - this was previously a painful operation to do... browsing my apps, applying an update, carry on browsing, have the list jump back to the start when the update finished... very awkward. Seems a lot smoother now.
Plus the iPhone syncing process seems a lot faster... but for me it'll be a combination of iTunes 11 and a nice new iPhone 5 with a lightning connector...

Are you using WiFi sync?

clicknz:Are you using WiFi sync?
No - I've never felt the need to use wifi sync - I just use the USB cable.
Re. radio on the iPhone. On my iPhone 5 with iOS 6.0.1 I don't have radio as an option... I don't recall ever seeing it... I've found the app TuneIn Radio to be very good.

I'm guess you only sync a single device, hence USB being sufficient?

lyonrouge: Is yours always there, or does it disappears sometimes?

lyonrouge: Moved all the devices from Mountain Lion (Mac mini) to Snow Leopard (MacBook) with current version of iTunes, but still WiFi sync is flakey.
