A few notes though:

1.Setup encryption with WPA on this router otherwise anyone can connect to it. You will lose connection as soon as you do this, meaning you will have to configure your laptops to access the router with WPA.

2.If your DSL modem/router serves DHCP and this new one does it as well then there may be some conflicts in the network later. I would say though that your DSL modem/router hands out something in one range, the wireless router uses that range, and hands out something in another range. No way to know for sure unless you check all the configuration - if you don't know what you are doing, don't change anything.
