I'm new here, and after posting several messages with negative overtones, I'd like to say this: I wish I could say I've had as positive an experience with most companies I deal with as I've had with Apple Computer. Well-designed products, very good service (at least in Germany, can't speak for Renaissance) and definitely well worth the money. Apple Computer, you rock. Please don't change.
