Hello,

My macbook is well overdue for a new battery - I am struggling to commit to NZ$250 for an official apple one from the apple store (especially when they are US$129 in the US), but not sure what the best option is. If the apple one is going to be better then I guess I'll pay it, but keen to know other options.

Any experiences or suggestions please?

Apple battery from the US is roughly $157 NZD, you could possibly ship the battery using NZ posts new international postal service. You would have to check if you are allowed to ship batteries though.

$157 + $23 postage = $180.00
