That was a screenshot of your screen - get that error up on screen again and take the screenshot then and post it here.

What xpd means is that it's impossible to read anything on that photo.

You canfollow these instructions to get a screenshot (not a photo) of your computer's screen. Make sure you take just of the area on the screen you need, not the whole thing. Then upload here on Geekzone and post the link so we can see the error message.

Looks to like the error message says "First Aid Failed". This presumably after using the "Repair Disk" command from the Disk Utility app.
There's several reasons why this might happen. Best case is that it's a minor file system error that can be easily repaired. Worst case is some unrepairable error or possibly even a hardware problem with the drive.

You can run the same repair process from the command line, this might work. (From memory)
Reboot, hold down CMD+S. Once prompt appears type command "fsck -fy" and press return. See what happens.

If it fails and cannot repair errors, you may be able to try an app like Disk Warrior or similar to repair the volume.

Yes, a better screenshot would help a lot. SHIFT+CMD+3 creates a picture of your screen that you can then upload.
