Hi there, I'd like to upgrade my Macbook pro with a bigger new hard drive changing over to an SSD. I've had a look at PB tech website as they are local to me. There are so many on there I don't know what to look for specs wise.

I'd like a 500gb drive, any suggestions which would be a good one to buy?

Cheers

Crucial MX100 or M550 (MX200 is newer, but probably not available here yet).
Samsung 850 EVO - not a lot of feedback on these yet, but should be good as long as they don't have similar problems to the 840 EVO.
Samsung 840 Pro or 850 Pro - fast but expensive and you probably won't notice the difference.
