I've downloaded a mp4 file and can't open it.
I've got VLC player, but the file won't open / play

any suggestions how I can get the file to play?

I've just looked at the website I got the file from and it said the file is 964mb but the file I downloaded is 329mb on my macbook - weird???

thanks - I'm downloading the file again from another site and it is downloading the full 965mb according to the download bar at the bottom, so fingers crossed!
