Customer changed from VF to Spark over weekend. Spark tried to talk him through changing him outgoing email server address, but he runs MS Exchange. They didn't change the exchange addresses, but addded new ones, which never worked obviously.
I logged in and set the account to send from the exchange and was able to send/recieve no problem.
Last night he texted to say he couldn't send any longer. I logged in and settings look ok initially.
I went to edit the smtp list, and in there, there is NO EXCHANGE, despite there being one in the list of servers!
Given they use an exchange account, if I setup a new outgoing server, should the port be 443, auth be password or NTLM or Kerebos and should SSL be ticked?
