Anyone suggest a good wall mounting system for this, which allows quick and easy detachment.  Might be useful in kitchen and then remove for other use.

No idea about that. But given the fact that Apple has already come out with a smaller version of it called iPhone, there are chances of this Atom  in production or research or been checked internally by Apple Laughing
