I have several Mac's running OS 9.2 that connect to a Windows 2000 server share with Mac services installed. I now have upgraded the macs and am trying to sell the old ones. Here is the problem, when I reboot the computer it takes 15 to 30 minutes to get the desktop. I think that the Mac is still trying to locate the old server share. How can I let the computer know that the old server no longer exists and stop trying to connect to it?
