Anyone know why?  I've been able to bring up the Australian and American store, just not the NZ one - I wonder what they're updating?

Works for me, did you actually get a title page with a "the store is down" or was it a DNS failed to connect,

Other sites have been reporting some strangeness in the DNS this morning, with requests timing out, and needing to be repeated, might have been that

At the time I was getting the official apple store is down page, with all the contact details for apple around the world.

turns out it was because of the additions to the store (iphone accessories, etc).
