Im in the process of migrating from Zoho to office 365 and ive got the email now being received by office 365 but im having trouble importing all the old emails. they are in a .eml format and I can't for the life of me figure out how to import them into outlook online. Im on a Mac too if that helps.

If you have both email addresses set up in say mac mail, you should be able to drag and drop between accounts.

Otherwise there was a migration tool in Office 365 setup to IMAP your emails from your old server, you might like to look at that.

Thanks, That was it. IMAP on Zoho stopped working for us on our iPhones and also the Macs. it kept. saying the password for each account was incorrect even tho they 100% weren't. we've not got everything up and running again.

What I did was add each new account to Mac mail click on file up the top and then import mailbox and selected each accounts unzipped mail folder in finder. it was then as easy as dragging and dropping the mail between the mailboxes!

I think you have to set an "application password" for IMAP/SMTP which is different than the password you use to log into the webmail.

It had been working for over 4 years without issue but it just stopped working out of the blue without any communication from zoho and it’s now a paid feature apparently.
