When I use Google search in Safari on MBP, I keep getting suggestions in the box where I’m typing - based on what I’ve searched for previously. Something is remembering everything I type.

Eg. This morning I mis-spelt a word and hit enter. Then I re-entered the correct spelling and hit enter. Now when I start to type the word, both spellings flash up as suggestions. There seems to be no obvious way to delete the incorrect one. I have many other cases where this happens and it’s really difficult to avoid the suggested completion.

I have found that deleting History in Safari clears it - but that seems a bit overkill - is there any other way of doing it - a setting somewhere? I don’t know if this is a Safari thing or a Google thing - I’ve tried googling for a solution and come up with nothing.

It’s annoying - would be grateful for advice.
