Can anyone help with Lightspeed ?

It's very impressive POS program, probably the best I've seen, but a friend has asked me whether it's possible to change the menu / interface language from English to French.

Changing the default language in OS X does not have any effect...

Maybe I'm being dumb, but I cannot find any setting in the program and despite searching the Lightspeed web site I'm still stumped. I've emailed their tech support, but in the meantime, I'd love some assistance.
