I need to record an hour long interview and wondered if perhaps I could use my VM app.  Has anyone used it for that period of time successfully? I ask only because after a google search many seem to have had issues recording past the 35minute make although the posts were 2007 and maybe it has been resolved.

I have the 3g with 3.1 software - if that information is pertinent.

I have done multiple 50-70 minute recordings on my 3GS with no issue.

Also, there is a 'Mac OS X mobile' forum for iPhone/iTouch specific queries ;)

Hey Fossie

I'm sorry - thought I had posted in that forum.

Thanks for the info.

Thanks JoeBunting - I guess the only way I am gonna know for sure is if I do a practise run first. Althought I did grab a nifty recorder from last night which promises to record only when voice is heard so that could be better.
