I bought a MacBook and have found the same problem. Asking around I have had the suggestion to try http://web2.qq.com/ which is the web based version.

It seems to be Chinese only and even though I have Cable, my internet speed is quite variable and this is not a suitable alternative for me.

I could not even load the page last night and I believe it was my problem, not the website delivery speed.  The other suggestion I have is to install a second operating system.  This is time consuming, but straightforward for those who know how.

I think this is the path I will take, but it does involve buying a copy of Windows even if I attempt it myself.
