Hi - I had the same problem and have tried nearly every FTP client for Mac. I finally found and settled on Transmit. The small fee to register it it well worth it and they update it with improvements often. For those who have switched to a Mac from a PC and are finding it hard to find a decent FTP client too, I really can recommend it.
Cheers.

Whats wrong with filezilla?

I personally use WSFTP, and old version, but filezilla does the same sort of stuff.

i have FTP systems on web servers that are over 300GB and more files than you could............ well you know.

file zilla will put folds down the pages and files the at the top (when newest set to top). i all ways have my ftp's setup so the newest files and folders are at the top.

and i want to have the controle that i used to have.

In any moment of decision, the best thing you can do is the right thing, the next best thing is the wrong thing, and the worst thing you can do is nothing.

Hi, I have just started using Core FTP Lite. Found it simple to use and works fine for uploading pages to a web site. Its free to use.

I use Cyberduck but I don't use many advanced FTP features.

Use to use Smart FTP and then switched to File Zilla.

Cyberduck is free, and there is Forklift too, which isnt too bad, but costs, not sure how much.

have a look at this site, you might find a few apps of interest.

I just use SFTP - It's free, it's fast, it's secure.
Or, Filezilla if you're wanting to actually use FTP :)
