I am thinking of upgrading my wife's iMac from 1GB RAM (original) to 4GB. This is the 667Mhz DDR2 SDRAM for the iMac flat white.

Any suggestions of brand, model, where to source?

Check OWC aka Macsales.com

Their having their black Friday sales atm. Should be $70 or so for 4gb off the top of my head.

4gb ddr3 modules are $50 atm each so gonna get 16gb for my iMac :)

Good suggestion, thanks. Orderd on the day, received the memory yesterday - even though it was over the Thanksgiving period it was a fast service and a lot cheaper than local suppliers.
