Here is annoying issue I am having. I have a Macbook, an iphone with the ipod app and the remote app, and I have a new apple TV (the black one). Firmware/software updates run yesterday on AppleTv, Iphone and Macbook and everything is up to date.

I turn everything on, and I can use the ipod app on the iphone. Good. If I try to use the Macbook later on it says something like "connection error". So an AppleTV restart is required.

If I use the remote app on iphone then later on try to use the Macbook I get a variation of the same problem -something like "another user is using the apple tv".

And if I use the laptop, the iphone cant get access to the apple tv unless I restart it. Sometimes I can get around the restart by going into the iphone and turning off airtunes to the apple TV (in ipod app) or actually closing the remote app.

Its annoying me a lot. Is there anyway to make the device currently in use, be it the ipod app on iphone, the remote app or the Macbook, over the Appletv and kill whatever the previous program was up to?

Has anyone else got these issues?
