A mate posted this on G+ a couple days back. Have only just finished reading through.

Some very, VERY, scary things said in there.

LOL, yep as soon as I hit post I noticed it but couldn't do anything. Was one of those "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" moments.

But then it takes away from the link, which actually has some interesting reads.

My family has standing orders to roll my corpse into the nearest ditch, chuck on some petrol and kindling and set light to me .. the death insurance money can then get split up for people to enjoy themselves, pay off any debts, buy some some nice things and have a good dinner and drink session.

What's the point in bankrupting the family for a funeral no-one will be enjoying anyway ?

Having had to deal with funeral directors a couple of times over the past few years, it doesn't impress me.
The hard-sell tactic is basically that if you don't spend up, then you're not honouring the deceased.
Last one, thank goodness, I dumped the contents of the deceased's hard drive on to my laptop. I found "my funeral.doc" when the funeral director was already in full (low-key) hard-sell mode. I'm sure it ruined his day.

Fiber Internet Service Provider here - bandwidth is not a scarce commodity like they want you to think it is. It is all about profit margins and over subscribing the network

Ahh I love it when the truth comes out.

I'm down for either fish bait or berley, and a grand piss-up at the pub. Funerals are a waste of money for the living
