It's covered by Finagle's corollary to Murphy's Law - inanimate objects are out to get us.
A more correct term for this may be resistentialism or the acronym IPOIO (innate perversity of inanimate objects).

I think you mean the "USB Plug Paradox"???

To clarify:

Heisenberg and Schrödinger get pulled over for speeding.

The cop asks Heisenberg "Do you know how fast you were going?"

Heisenberg replies, "No, but we know exactly where we are!"

The officer looks at him confused and says "you were going 108 miles per hour!"

Heisenberg throws his arms up and cries, "Great! Now we're lost!"

The officer walks back to the rear of the car and opens the boot.

"Hey" says the cop. "You have a dead cat in here!"

An angry Schrödinger replies "Well we do now."

I don't know why more micro plugs don't follow the Samsung pattern where the cable is offset as it enters the back of the plug.
