So last night Prime had Stargate on as the midweek movie, I happened to have a spare couple of hours and hadn't seen the movie in some years, so sat down to watch it.

Now, maybe my memory is faulty, but I'm sure that during much of the "alien language" dialog, particularly between Ra and Daniel, that there were captions, but last night, there wasn't a captions to be seen during any of the alien dialog, which made it slightly tricky to tell exactly what was going on, I mean, you could get the general gist "Ra is telling Daniel something bad", "Sharee is concerned for Daniel's safety", "these people are a bit sick of the situation and are going to come to the rescue", but the specific details were kinda hazy.


Does anybody know if this was as intended and I'm just imagining there were captions originally, or did somebody at Prime screw up?
