Hi, my TV LG 8 series is broken again during this year when I bought it in middle of April 2019. First one was the dead pixels, I got a new panel, now the TV power, don't know what happened yet, Advanced Television Services will assess it. Question: Do I have a right to request a new TV rather then fixing it again? Thanks

Depends on the issue. If it won’t turn on, I would consider it a major fault and grounds for rejection.

Thank you. Currently it isn't turn on, but there is a red light indicating it is power on.

Is there an End User way to factory reset the TV? I'd be looking to do this before anything else.

There is a factory reset through UI (webOS), I can't do it as TV is not turn on.

Have you tried without the remote?

Move to New Zealand's best fibre broadband service (affiliate link). Free setup code: R587125ERQ6VE. Note that to use Quic Broadband you must be comfortable with configuring your own router.
