This may not be from UV. Himself had the same problem with some not all trousers fronts at the thighs. Figured it out eventually. The drugs he took were the problem. Rubbing hands on thighs released chemicals that changed the colour. I woke up to this when shopping for a recliner and there was a statement about certain medications causing colour change in some of the fabrics.
Wish I could find it now. He’s changed meds since then and it doesn’t seem to be a problem now.

Our neighbour has objected to an Open2View real estate sign going on the berm. Two other properties, down our private road, in the past couple of years, had signs in the same place. He does mow the grass in the place where the signs were.

He's also said it can't be placed on the other side of the private road claiming it will obscure the decorative sign showing the vanity name of the private road. (The address of all the properties is the road the private road comes from.)
