This Ford Thunderbird owner had a manual transmission.

I think the 1962 Ford Thunderbird convertible had a pushbutton transmission, It was a feature of a few American cars of the time.

I had a chance to buy a 1958 Ford Edsel funeral hearse for $500.

Like my most hearses, it was in good condition, because they're usually driven carefully (you'd hope), with police escorts, and well maintained.

I did get to ride in a 1989 Cadillac Brougham, as a passenger.

It was the largest car I've ever been in; Oddly it never looks as big as it feels. It has a massive engine, but is somewhat sluggish.

Cadillac Brougham is actually longer than a Hummer, though a Hummer is wider. The Rolls-Royce Phantom Sedan is the same length.

I looked up the scene on Youtube.

And here's a review of the car, not the hearse.

I never heard of this game, until I accidently came across it.

"The New Zealand Story is a platform game developed and released in arcades by Taito in 1988. The concept and setting were inspired by a holiday trip in New Zealand by one of the Taito programmers.

The player controls Tiki , a kiwi who must save his girlfriend Phee Phee and several of his other kiwi chick friends who have been kidnapped by a large blue leopard seal.

While avoiding enemies, the player has to navigate a scrolling maze-like level, at the end of which they release one of Tiki's kiwi chick friends trapped in a cage.

In 2007, the arcade game received a remake for the Nintendo DS under the title New Zealand Story Revolution."
