Good grief; assuming you're talking about the gaming package then that is indeed very misspelled.

clearly vodafone don't do landlines any more.

Whoever thinks chatbots are smart or work, is dreaming of electric sheep.

It used to work perfectly for lodging spam complaints as per the NZTCF as you'd be promptly connected to a human; I've posted about this before.  Unfortunately no longer, however this is now the best place to submit such complaints anyway: https://www.vodafone.co.nz/help/mobile-safety/report-a-scam-text-message/

I got a new car recently, and yesterday was the first time it's been through a DST change. There are two clocks. One's on the touchscreen (maps, music, etc.) and the other's on the dashboard. The touchscreen one automatically updated for DST and the dashboard one didn't.

Six months later... this time, neither of them updated.

Ha. My Corolla does that. It was easy enough to change. Though it had conflicting options. Like Enable GPS time, yes, Daylight savings time on or off. So having daylight savings time on over rode the GPS time.

Sigh.

I wonder whether it was using GPS last year, and then I accidentally disabled it by enabling DST. That would explain why it didn't auto-update this year (it's also a Toyota).

Buying milk and finding the tear off seals are not actually sealed at all.

See also milk tear off seals that are excessively sealed and will not remove without the use of a kitchen knife...!

Or just nearly giving myself a hernia trying to unscrew one of those glass sauce jars with the popup lids.

Going self checkout at New World and selecting NO when it asks you if you want to print a receipt, and it still prints out the receipt addon that gives you 6c off petrol per litre

Did you pay by credit card? This topic has come up before as I remember answering it previously.

When paying by credit card you are provided two receipts. The first is the itemised purchase receipt and the second is the credit card transaction receipt. By opting out at the self service check out you are only opting out of the purchase receipt. The credit card transaction receipt can not be opted out of, the vendor is required by law to issue a transaction receipt with every credit card purchase.

They really should be more explicit about this on the self check out screens.

Enterprises named ‚New World‘ are suspicious. They even could not handle the old one accordingly. ;-)

Nah, it's the petrol one. At Countdown when you say No it doesn't print one.

That explains it then, I guess I can no longer be annoyed by this.

NZPost...

Not only does it sit in their depot for over a week, but they claim to be doing something with it, and to add insult they continue to predict that it will be delivered a week ago.
